Our concierge nurse provides essential oversight during the most critical weeks following surgery or hospitalization, ensuring that clients receive the recovery support they need. Your recovery begins with a thorough in-home nursing assessment provided by our Concierge Nurse at HolistiCare Nursing Services, which includes: Review of hospital discharge instructions, medication reconciliation and safety review, vital sign monitoring and baseline assessment, home safety and fall-risk screening, and a review of follow-up appointments and care plan tailored for personalized in-home nursing care during your post operative recovery support.

Ongoing visits from a Concierge Nurse provide attentive oversight during post operative recovery support. HolistiCare Nursing Services may include: monitoring recovery progress and symptoms, incision and wound observation with education, guidance on pain, mobility, and activity, as well as education on recovery expectations and restrictions. Our personalized in-home nursing care is designed to identify potential concerns early, ensuring a smooth recovery process.

At HolistiCare Nursing Services, we keep families informed and reassured through our personalized in-home nursing care. With client permission, we provide updates to family members, ensuring they are always in the loop. Our Concierge Nurse offers education to help caregivers feel confident, and we provide clear explanations of recovery milestones, especially during post-operative recovery support.

All services offered by HolistiCare are private pay, and payment is required prior to all nursing services. All services are charged at an hourly fee.  A retainer may be charged in advance if a package/membership is not purchased.   Please be aware that while we provide personalized in-home nursing care, HolistiCare does not offer medical diagnosis, prescribing, or treatment beyond RN scope of practice.  Emergency services are not provided. In case of emergency, please call 911.

At HolistiCare Nursing Services, we provide a comprehensive health history review and a detailed medication review before the start of our services. 

Mileage beyond the service area for HolistiCare Nursing Services in Greensboro is $0.65/mile. For after-hours, urgent in-person visits, or unscheduled appointments related to our personalized in-home nursing care services, an additional fee may apply. Our concierge nurse services are available during regular business hours, Monday to Friday from 7 am to 7 pm.
